A life long resident of Crawford County, she was the widow of Jody Wallace Long and was a homemaker. She was a member of Dixon United Methodist Church. Survivors include her children, Billy W. Long and William W. Long, both of Macon, Joan Bell and Shirley Martin, both of Knoxville, Corine Warren of Rentz, Loveen Pritchett of Bonaire, and Gwen Collins of Easley, S. C.; brothers and sisters, Hubert Ponder of Macon and Catherine Motes of Roberta; 27 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
