Notes for: Nancy Ann Thomas Long

Nancy supposedly died and was buried after Alford signed his will, in 1885. She is mentioned in his will. The signing of Alford's will confuses the issue that Nancy's marker at Dixon Methodist Church Cemetery indicates she died in June of 1880, five years earlier. Compared to other markers in the area, it appears that Nancy's marker is relatively "new." The dates may have been confused during engraving.
