Other family records indicate Mary's middle name may have been Edna (perhaps an additional middle name). Frank Britt, indicated in his correspondence, that an unnamed infant died the day after Mary. No mention of an infant grave close to Mary's is mentioned in the online listing of Oakhill Cemetery. Mary's tombstone at Oakhill Cemetery, Bartow, Florida and other family members has her DOB listed as February 25, 1854; which is a contradiction of information on the 1880 Crawford County, Georgia Census. The census shows the wife of William F. Britt as Elizabeth, age 55, which would make her DOB closer to 1825.
