Listed as Mary "M" on the 1900 census. Listed as Mary "J" on the 1880 census. Mary is said to have lived with "Uncle Emmet Wade," and is also said to be buried at Oaklawn Cemetery, Fort Valley, in an unmarked grave. A marriage of Mary has not been located.
